Eloisa Seoane was a caring wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She left this world on January 29, 2024 at 83 years old. She was married to her husband of 60 years, Cesar Seoane on September 14, 1963. Together they had 5 children: Yvette, Victor (Tracey), Myriam, Natalie and Sandra (Paul). She was proud of and loved her 8 grandchildren: Anna, Kate, Isabella, Caitlin, Gia, Liam, Sophia and Ella.
She was born to Juan and Antonia Diaz in September 20, 1939 in Havana, Cuba. After moving to the United States she graduated from Kean University with her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in elementary education. She taught elementary school children and English as a second language for 30 years. Eloisa was an active member of her church volunteering as a eucharistic minister, prolife advocate, pregnancy aid center, CLOID (religious education) and Cursillo/Ultreya.
She was predeceased by her Father, Juan Diaz, mother, Antonia Diaz, and sister Aleida Garcia.
She is survived by her husband Cesar, 5 children, Yvette Seoane, Victor Seoane and his wife, Tracey and 2 children: Anna and Kate, Myriam Seoane, Natalie Contreras and her 3 children: Isabella, Caitlin and Gia, and Sandra Holmes, her husband Paul and 3 children: Liam, Sophia and Ella.
The funeral mass will be on February 9, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Jude’s Roman Catholic Church in Sandy Spring, GA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Pregnancy Aid Center https://www.pregnancyaidclinic.com/donate.html.
